Leaderboard
By “publicly” recognizing site performance, Leaderboards let sites know where they stand relative to other sites, thereby creating a sense of friendly competition and momentum. Each Leaderboard ranks sites or countries on the basis of a fixed metric—number of randomizations, number of screens, number of re-challenges, etc. Leaderboards can be integrated with IVRS or EDC for automatic daily updating.

It functions as an easy-to-navigate online schedule of events and bulleted guide to each visit. Visit Guide is a flexible framework and the exact content is based on the protocol, needs of sites, and desires of the trial leadership team.

Our Training application is an integrated Learning Management System that performs three important functions. First, it tracks who requires what training and that those individuals complete the required training, regardless of if the training was completed in-person or online. Second, it issues training certificates both individually and in a special bulk mode for when training is completed at Investigator Meetings. Third, it allows trainees to complete training online.

The FAQ app makes it easy for sites to browse the FAQ, and all FAQ questions and answers are indexed for full-text search.

From a site’s point of view, Decision Tracker acts as a step-by-step guide as well as a to-do list. To trial leadership, Decision Tracker acts as an automated tracker, providing information similar to what teams typically collect in spreadsheets but with much of the information flowing automatically from site interactions with the system.
